Tuesday's Meditation and Business Lifestyle

Every Tuesday evening, since February 2009 more than twenty students of an ongoing course on 'Meditation for Business Lifestyle' led by Phra Sarttra Thirapanyo at the Dhammakaya Centre for Buddhist Meditation, Woking - have been learning how to apply their meditation experience to their working lives. Including a dedicated lecture series, exercise and a study of Buddhist culture (a.k.a meditational mopping), the meditation progress of this group has been exemplary.
